Carbon County Environmental Education Center will host "Camo Critters" at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 29. The program is open to all 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds.

Each session focuses on some aspect of the natural world. There will be a hike to look for some hidden "critters," as well as games and songs to help children learn about these animals.

For more information or to register your child for the program, call the center at (570) 645-8597.

CCEEC is located at the west end of Mauch Chunk Lake Park, just outside of Jim Thorpe, along Lentz Trail.
