Jerome M. Yanchick Jr., 27, of Kunkletown, was arrested by state police at Lehighton for driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs on Nov. 23 at 12:15 a.m.

Police said he was stopped for a vehicle code violation along Burger Hollow Road in Polk Township, Monroe County, after which time police said the stop yielded he was under the influence.
