A Tamaqua area man was one of six defendants who received hearings on petitions filed in Schuylkill County court for reduction of bail as set by district justices.

Joshue Dewire, 23, of 66 Holland St., Tamaqua R.D., had his bail reduced by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin from $25,000 percentage to $500 percentage each on two complaints filed against him.Tamaqua Patrolman Joseph Krebs, on Sept. 16, filed charge of defiant trespass on property at 29 Center St, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Tamaqua Patrolman Michael Hobbs, on Sept. 27, filed charges of simple assault and harassment of Megan Matousek, of Brown St.A condition of his bail is he must reside at the Tamaqua address and must not relocate without court permission and present to the district attorney a verification of address signed by his father giving him permission to reside at this address.Tyron Brown Sr., 40, of 1105 E. Center St., Mahanoy City, had his bail set by Judge Dolbin at $50,000 unsecured and he must reside at 1720 Clover Road, Long Pond, and must not relocate without court permission, must attend all future court proceedings, and must not possess nor consume illegal substances.Brown was charged by Mahanoy City Chief Mark Wiekrykas, with aggravated assault on a police officer, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and temporary escape from detention.Jeanine M. Longenberger, 40, had her bail reduced from $20,000 percentage to $20,000 unsecured and must reside at 202 W. Spruce St., Mahanoy City, and must not relocate without court permission and provide a verification of address signed by Curtis Setcavage giving her permission to reside at this address.Longenberger was cited by Mahanoy City Cpl. Michael Dissinger, last June 3 with possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.Timothy Ryan Kreiser, 23, had her bail set by Judge Dolbin at $5,000 unsecured and must reside at 100 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, and cannot relocate without court permission and must provide verification of address signed by Todd Kreiser giving defendant permission to reside at this address and must seek employment.Kreiser was cited by Pine Grove Cpl. William G. Gelgot, last July 21 with burglary of an apartment at 74 S. Tullpehocken St., and attempted theft of a laptop computer owned by Angela Buffington. The police report states the computer was not taken when it was discovered it had password protection.Dale Heintzelman, 34, of 432 of W. Center St., Shenandoah, had his bail reduced from $2,500 percentage to $5,000 unsecured and must reside at 533 Bear Gap Road, Elysburg, and must not relocate without court permission, and must obtain a verification of address signed by Cynthia Wemle giving him permission to reside at this address.He was cited by Shenandoah police with burglary at 15 S. Catherine St., criminal trespass, criminal mischief by damaging the back door and theft of $285 in cash and DVDs belonging to Jacob Alinsky.Bradley Scott Donton, 29, 65 Blue Mountain Road, North Manheim Township, had his bail set by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine at $5,000 unsecured on two cases brought by Trooper Peter Mohn who charged him on July 13, 2012, with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol on High Street in Pine Grove and simple assault and harassment of Corrine Renee Kelly, of 40 High St., Pine Grove.Bail hearingAaron Travis Tullock, 20, Pottsville, after a hearing on a bench warrant had it dissolved by Judge Dolbin and bail set at $5,000 unsecured with the conditions that he reside at 102 Broad St., Saint Clair, and must not relocate without court permission and provide a verification of address from Tammie Boyer giving him permission to reside at this address.The bench warrant was issued to bring him to court after he failed to appear last Sept. 14 at preliminary hearing before a district judge. Tullock was cited by Pottsville Patrolman Michael P. Stank, for loitering and prowling at night in the 100 block on Queens Avenue.Loses appealRobert Morman, of Albrightsville, lost his appeal from being found guilty by a district judge of violating the ordinance of Nuremberg, North Manheim Township.He was found guilty of failing to keep a property he owns at 185 Mahanoy St., Nuremberg, in proper conditions. Judge Charles M. MIller found him guilty and ordered Morman to pay the fine and costs originally imposed by the district judge totaling $442.50.
