ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Prior to Tamaqua's Memorial Day Parade, members of the Tamaqua American Legion held their annual Memorial Day Service at the Veterans War Memorial located at the 800 block of Hazle and East Broad Street. Members of Tamaqua's Raider Marching Band also participated in the service. Veterans, Tamaqua band members and firefighters show their respects during the War Memorial detail held prior to the parade.
