Board director Gould asked Ms. Geary if the items were being thrown out. Ms. Geary explained that all possible other means of disposal were investigated. The company was notified and the district tried to give the books to other schools that may be in need, but no one was interested. She also stated that we use the books until they are basically unusable.Approval was granted for the HP Financial Services three (3) year Technology Lease Agreement not to exceed $96,960.66 yearly.Approval was granted to advertise for sealed bids for HVAC Air Filters.The following contracts were approved:*Gorman & Associates, P.C.
