Numerous Tamaqua Area High School band members were presented with a number of band awards during a recent concert held in the Tamaqua Area School District auditorium. Two of the students receiving awards were Erin Raymond, 18, middle, who received the John Philip Sousa Band Award and the Tamaqua Raider Band Booster Scholarship, and Steven Moyer, 18, right, who received the Patrick Gilmore Award.
