A Lehigh County teen is facing a charge of theft following an incident that occurred at a Carbon County ski resort.

State police at Lehighton said Christopher Tyler Dieter, 19, of Whitehall, has been charged with theft for an incident that occurred on Feb. 13 at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort in Lower Towamensing Township.Troopers allege that Dieter took a snowboard bag from atop a locker at the ski lodge. The listed victim is John Ruckel, of Spring City, Chester County.
