State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following arrests made by troopers.
Troopers said Emmanuel Delcastillo, 21, of Albrightsville, is facing charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.
Troopers allege that Delcastillo went to 112 Lower Notch Drive, Albrightsville, in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County, the residence of Mishaira Collazo, and kicked in the front door. He then shoved Collazo to the ground and proceeded to strike her in the head and kicked her several times in the body. The incident occurred about 2:13 p.m. on March 13, troopers said.
Troopers said Richard Potter Jr., 38, of Effort, is facing a charges of simple assault and harassment following an incident at a residence along Service Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. He and a 38-year-old female, not identified by police, were involved in an argument when he allegedly caused a laceration to the female when he punched her. Troopers said the incident occurred about 11:35 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, and was the result of a domestic situation.
Troopers said Jordan Haas, 21, of Kunkletown, was cited for public drunkenness when he was found intoxicated in the parking lot by a service station along SR209 at Weir Lake Road, in Chestnuthill Township. He had an open container of alcohol in his possession as well, troopers said. The incident occurred about 11:14 p.m. on March 22.
Devin A. Rivera, of Old Stage Road, in Albrightsville, was cited for a dog law violation. Rivera was cited for failing to confine her dog. The incident occurred on March 23, troopers said.
Thomas Buttereit, of Effort, was cited for theft of services. He allegedly placed a small bag of household garbage in a dumpster owned by Route 115 Food Mart, located at SR115 and Gilbert Road, in Chestnuthill Township. The incident occurred about 6:30 p.m. on March 22.
