Darwin W. Hoppes Jr, Windy Lane, Pine Grove, was granted a divorce from Tracee Hoppes, 32 Teepee Lane, New Ringgold. They were married June 15, 1985.

Danielle M. Porvaznik, 120 Orchard Road, Barnesville, was granted a divorce from Joseph M. Porvaznik, Shreevesport, La. They were married Dec. 18, 2004.

David Locke was granted a divorce from Angelina Locke, both of Ashland. They were married July 3, 2004.

Thomas M. Orff was granted a divorce from Mary Louise Ann Orff, both of Shenandoah. They were married July 3, 1994.

Irvin L. Lenker, Tower City, was granted a divorce from Patrisha E. Lenker, Lykens. They were married March 26, 2005.

Eric M. Burket was granted a divorce from Heather M. Burket, both of Auburn. They were married Oct. 11, 2003.

Michael Acinapura was granted a divorce from Cathryn Acinapura, both of Pottsville. They were married Sept. 3, 2001.

Randy A. Yeager Jr., 325 W. Maple St., Mahanoy City, filed an action in divorce against Amy L. Bauder, 115 E. High St., Coaldale. They were married Aug. 31, 2009.

Loan default

Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC, Mesa, Ariz., filed a civil action against Thomas J. Urabel III, 86 Washington St., Middleport, alleging he defaulted payment on a car loan and seeks a judgement for $2,365.44 plus costs.

Bail hearings

Justin M. Marx, 141 Coal St., Cumbola, BlytheTownship, had his bail set by Judge James P. Goodman at $50,000 unsecured. Marx faces burglary charges for allegedly removing a large engine from a storage garage located in Diener's Hill, East Norwegian Township, and owned by Kuperavage Coal Company.

Peter Howard, Girardville, had his bail set at $10,000 unsecured by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin. He faces charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

Matthew John Dewald, 24, Pottsville, had his bail set by Judge Charles M. Miller at $500 straight cash and he must reside at 206 Harrison St., Pottsville, and shall not possess or consume any alcoholic beverages or controlled substance and secure employment. He also shall have no contact with the victim, Ashley Dudash or be on any propety owned by Strikers Pub or Strike Zone Tavern in Pottsville. Dewald faces criminal chargse of possession of a controlled substance filed by Pottsville police.
