Software programs

Carmacon Inc., 450 Oak St., Palmerton, filed a civil complaint against Access Control Group, LLC, 1011 U.S. Highway 22 East, Mountainside, N.J. The plaintiff is in the business of writing software programs for sale and distribution and the defendant is in the business of selling and marketing lift truck asset management systems which includes software programs.

The suit states in September 2000 the parties began a business relationship whereby the plaintiff would create programs for the defendant, who was turn market and sold them.

The suit charges the plaintiff performed all obligations required and a bill for services is owed. Sought is $12,000 plus interest, costs and fees.

Auto crash
