A Schuylkill County man was cited early Monday morning in his hometown.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Robert Steffie Jr., 41, of Tremont, was in the area of 108 and 114 Vaux Ave., in Tremont, on Monday, between 3:30 and 4 a.m. outside his residence operating a chainsaw. He was highly intoxicated, troopers said, and walked to a neighboring home which caused concerns for the residents of the home.He was cited for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, troopers said.
