Gene Binder, seated-center, is joined by his immediate family during the 65th Annual St. Patrick's Day Banquet held Saturday at The Grand Ballroom of Kelly's Irish Pub, Lansford. Binder received the Shamrock Award (held by his fiancee, Karen Sabol, seated, second from left), from the association for his many years of civic contributions to organizations in the region.
