Bail hearings

Mohammed Baba Bayoh, 19, Reading, had his bench warrant dissolved by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and bail set at $5,000 percentage while he awaits trial on charges of possession of illegal drugs brought by Pottsville police.

Patricia B. Hook, 49, Pottsville, had her bail reduced by Judge Dolbin to $5,000 unsecured as she awaits trial on charges of retail theft from Walmart Store, Saint Clair.

John Kyle Smith, 27, Pottsville, had his bail reduced by Judge Dolbin to $15,000 percentage, must submit to random testing by the adult probation office and must obtain and maintain employment within 30 days. Smith faces charges of burglary of personal property from a private home filed by Pottsville police.

William J. Schibe, 54, Orwigsburg, had his bail revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and he was remanded to the county prison to await trial on charges of indecent assault filed by Trooper Chad M. Smith and of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and drugs filed by Trooper Mark W. Knock.

Angela A. Pleva, 34, Shenandoah, had her bail revoked by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine and she was committed to the county prison to await trial on charges of credit card fraud and forgery filed by West Mahanoy Township Patrolman Raymond Tonkinson III.
