Local photographer Tom Storm will speak at the March meeting of the Palmerton Camera Club on Thursday, March 22, at 7:30 p.m. in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 5th & Lafayette, Palmerton.

Actually, 'local' photographer is a misnomer. Tom has traveled extensively throughout the United States and the world, taking photographs wherever he goes. He is well-known for his photography workshops, especially his Jim Thorpe walkabouts teaching his students how to find excellent photos as well as how to take them.

His work has been displayed in Jim Thorpe art galleries.

He won second place in the Microsoft/Lenovo "Win Your Dream" competition, competing against thousands of photographers.

He is currently working with the Carbon County Cultural Project.

After Tom's program, the club will share their photo challenge images on the topic of "warm." Just one image per person, please.

Please contact the Reinharts at 610-826-7285 or bcrein@ptd.net [1] for more information. Or you can go to the website at www.palmertoncameraclub.squarespace.com [2].
