A Summit Hill man was charged twice after he caused a scene on May 15 and 16.

According to Summit Hill police, officers received a report of a disturbance at 128 W. Hazard St., Apartment 108. Upon investigation, it was determined that the disturbance was caused by Harry Foerster Jr., 49, of the above residence. He was charged with disorderly conduct.On May 16, police responded to a report of an intoxicated person in the area of 10 S. Pine St. Upon arrival, officers found Foerster heavily intoxicated. He was charged with public drunkenness.
