David and Patricia Ervin of McAdoo announce the engagement of their daughter Melissa Ervin to Caleb Shilko, son of Kim and Lisa Shilko of Rock Glen.

Melissa, a 2009 graduate of Marian Catholic High School, is an undergraduate student at Albright College, where she is earning a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a track in management.Caleb, a 2009 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, is also an undergraduate student at Albright College, where he is earning a bachelor of science degree in psychobiology.The couple will graduate together in May 2013.The couple announced their engagement on Christmas Day 2011. They plan on exchanging vows in the fall of 2014.
