Carbon County commissioners on Thursday approved a number of salary changes:

In the Sheriff's Office, they changed the pay rate of one civil process clerk from $11.36 an hour to $10.40 an hour, and the rate of one deputy sheriff from $12.77 per hour to $12.04 an hour.

In the Area Agency on Aging, they extended the duration of one limited term aging care manager II from Jan. 1 June 30 to Jan. July 31.

In the Children and Youth Services agency, they changed the rate of one county caseworker II from $14.64 an hour to $15.08 an hour.

In the Communications Center, they changed the rate of one part-time dispatcher from $11.03 an hour to $11.36 an hour, and the rate of one part-time dispatcher from $11.71 an hour top $11.03 an hour.

In Corrections, they changed the rate of one sergeant from $19.84 an hour to $18.15 an hour, and one part-time cook from $11.28 an hour to $9.45 an hour.

In the Tax Claim Bureau, commissioners raised the salary of one director from $37,510.20 a year to $40,663.53 per year.

In Parks, commissioners changed the rate of one site coordinator from $22.79 an hour to $14.20 per hour, and established the position of one seasonal park maintenance worker at $9.84 an hour. The job is excluded from the county retirement plan as the person would work fewer than 1,000 hours.
