A Brockton man was charged for driving under the influence after Summit Hill police conducted a checkpoint.
According to borough police, on March 11, at 7:29 p.m., officers were conducting a checkpoint when they pulled over a vehicle, driven by Andrew Tabino, 24, of 220 Union St., Brockton.
As officers were talking to Tabino, they noticed the smell of marijuana coming from his vehicle.
It was also learned that he had been drinking.
Tabino was charged with two counts DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
