Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Vignone of Nesquehoning celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. They were married July 14, 1962 by the Rev. Angelini at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Nesquehoning.

Mrs. Vignone is the former Frances Kemmerer, daughter of the late Eugene and Hilda (Rudelitsch) Kemmerer.Mr. Vignone is the son of the late John and Rose (Molinari) Vignone.The couple has three children, Kim of Tamaqua; Roseanne, wife of Robert McHale of Jim Thorpe; and MaryGrace of Nesquehoning. They also have six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.A celebration in the couple's honor was held at their daughter Kim's home in Tamaqua.
