Three drivers are facing driving under the influence charges.

State police at Lehighton said Jason W. Guenther, 26, of Kunkletown, was stopped about 1:18 a.m. on Jan. 24 along Green Hill Road at Route 209, in Polk Township, Monroe County, for a motor vehicle code violation. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.On Jan. 27 about 10:55 p.m. Kyle Lee Titus, 18, of Effort, was stopped along Route 115 at Evergreen Hollow Road in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a motor vehicle code violation. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.On Wednesday, Feb. 5, about 12:18 p.m. Joseph W. Oliver, 40, of Jim Thorpe, in the area of State Road and Lehigh Street in Franklin Township, asked troopers for assistance as he was stuck in snow. During that time Oliver was found to be under the influence and was subsequently placed under arrest, troopers said.
