DeVaughn R. Tyndall, 30, of Stroudsburg has been arrested by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks on charges of simple assault and harassment.

The charges stem from an incident at 2 a.m. Aug. 4 at 1118 Bartonsville Woods Road in Jackson Township.Police said the victim in the case is a 30-year-old woman from Stroudsburg.
