Dr. Lawton Delisser MD, St. Luke's Hospital - Miner's Campus, spent time Wednesday morning talking to various community groups in Tamaqua about summer safety issues. Some topics revolved around sun poisoning, heat exposure, signs and symptoms and first aid. Groups he visited consisted of the Tamaqua Rotary Club, Tamaqua Bungalow Park lifeguards and children of the South Ward Playground.
