A Monroe County woman has been charged with harassment.

State police at Lehighton said Jennifer Nicole Tropea, of Saylorsburg, was charged for allegedly repeatedly harassing Charles Anthony Dilliard and Barbara Jean Born, of 302 Schick Lane, in Saylorsburg.The incident was reported at 9:30 a.m. on April 4.
