A check was run through the county communications center and nothing was found for that name.He then gave the name of Ricardo Martinez with the same birth date, again the communications center could not find anything under that name. He was then advised that the name was not coming up when checked. He was taken into custody and transported to the state police barracks at Lehighton for a livescan. While waiting for the results of the livescan Martinez gave the name of Carlos Sanchez with a birth date of Jan. 9, 1967.The livescan produced no information for either Martinez or Sanchez. After consultation with an assistant district attorney, White charged Martinez.
