After checking the purse, Tom found two bottles of 5-hour Energy Drink and a pack of Schick razor blades lying inside the car in plain view. Haupt had no receipt for the items. After recieving confirmation from Boyer's that they do sell those items, Haupt was arrested for retail theft.
