A young man escaped injury Monday morning when involved in a crash along State Route 895 in East Penn Township. The accident occurred at about 8:30 a.m. as the male was driving west, just before the West Penn county line. He apparently lost control of his car, which left the right berm, climbed a slight earth embankment, and then re-entered the roadway where the unit rolled onto its roof. Route 895 was closed for over an hour. East Penn Township police are investigating the incident.
