NEW RINGGOLD, Pa. (AP) – State police say more than 600 trees were damaged by vandals who drove through a tree farm.
The cost of the agricultural destruction in East Brunswick Township reportedly could total more than $107,000.
DPS Trees of New Ringgold reported the damage to police on Wednesday after discovering a vehicle had run over and damaged 639 trees.
According to police, the trees were worth more than $43,000 before they were damaged, but would have sold for more than $107,000 at harvest.
