To The Residents of West Broadway in Jim Thorpe.I would like you to know that High Street is not your dogs' toilet.There is an ordinance that says you are not allowed to let your pets defecate on other's property or public property. You are supposed to clean it up if they do.It seems that some people believe that they are too good to shovel up their dog's poop.We are tired of seeing it, walking in it and smelling it!Please have some consideration for your neighbors, who will be watching out for you, to identify you and report you to the police and borough.Mrs Jo McGavinResident of High StreetJim Thorpe
