Two persons were cited after state police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned to a harassment/disorderly conduct incident at 6 p.m. Dec. 20 at the Rousch House Bar in Lower Towamensing Township.

Police said it is alleged David W. Jones, 49, of Palmerton, entered the business and started to yell at another patron, alarming the public, after which time an altercation between Jones and John Andrew Halada III, 38, of Kunkletown, took place.Police said Jones was charged with disorderly conduct while Halada was cited for harassment.
