Timothy Alan Moyer, 40, of Lower Macungie Township, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol as a result of an incident at 12:02 a.m. Dec. 1 at the intersection of Kernsville Road and Hickory Lane in Lowhill Township.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks said he was stopped for traffic violations after which time police said multiple indicators of impairment were observed.
