The Board of Directors of the JTNB Bancorp, Inc. declared a dividend of $.34 per share, payable January 2, 2013 to shareholders of record December 12, 2012.

When combined with the dividend paid in the first half of 2012, shareholders benefitted by a 4.7% increase over their 2011 dividends.
