Weatherly area's L and L Volunteer Fire Company revived its traditional Christmas party for 2012. The event was held Dec. 9 in the fire company hall and included a talent showcase, Christmas caroling, a visit from Santa, free refreshments and a reading of "Twas the Night Before Christmas." More than 70 people were in attendance.
