Two Carbon County teens are facing underage drinking charges following a vehicle stop that occurred about 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9, along Forest Inn Road in Towamensing Township.

State police at Lehighton said a traffic stop was made and the two occupants of the car, William Santiago, 18, and a 16-year-old male, both of Palmerton, were found to have consumed alcohol.Both were issued citations, troopers said.
