A Shenandoah woman was cited by Tamaqua police following an incident Friday, Aug. 10, at the Family Dollar Store on Pine Street.

Wendy Garrity, 28, of 119 Pioneer Rd., allegedly entered the store at 4:37 p.m. and shoplifted hair care supplies valued at $3. She was cited for retail theft.
