An extra day has been added at the Carbon County Fair after rain canceled last night's activities.
The fair will continue through Sunday, said Alicia Silliman, fair spokesperson. She said the fair will open at noon today and tomorrow.
Today's events will go on as scheduled, including a livestock auction at 1 p.m.
Silliman said that exhibitors can pick-up their displays on Sunday after 3 p.m. at the agricultural gate, instead of Saturday.
Earl Reabold, entertainment chairman, said music entertainment on Sunday will be by The Cramer Brothers, with performances on the main stage at 3, 5, and 7 p.m.
Also on Sunday, a demolition derby will be featured at 2 p.m. The derby, which features both large and compact cars, originally was set for Friday night. There will be a grand finale feature.
A ride special will also be offered from 1-8 p.m. on Sunday.
Today, a "Country Spectacular" occurs with five country music bands performing starting at 1 p.m. They are:
