A theft incident that happened in Towamensing Tow nship resulted in a call to the state police at the Lehighton barracks, although police said the stolen item was returned and no charges are beingpursued.

The incident happened between 8 a.m. and midnight July 23.Police said it is alleged James Charles Zuppert, 44, took a personal item from the victim, Patricia Anne Palumbo, 55, but the item was recovered and returned to the owner.Both the actor and victim carry addresses of 1125 Trachsville Road, Kunkletown.
