Five individuals were charged after they created a disturbance in Summit Hill.

According to borough police, on March 10, around 10:58 a.m., officers were called to the area of 42 E. Ludlow St., for a group of people in one of the apartments causing a disturbance to other tenants.Calvin Wehr, 34, and Tara Breiner, 27, both of 42 E. Ludlow St.; and Tiffany Ketchledge, 28, Jodi Gaffney, 26, and Stevin Gaffney, 28, all of 9 Tunnel St., Lansford, were charged with disorderly conduct.
