Richelle Van Horn, a sophomore at Panther Valley High School, has been selected as the Hugh O'Brian Award winner for this year. The seminar will be held at Millersville University the week of May 17 through 20. Richelle has demonstrated outstanding academic and leadership skills. The seminar is attended by outstanding sophomores throughout Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of Richard and Nancy Van Horn of Nesquehoning.
