State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said Mark Hubler, 46, of Ashland, was arrested for harassment after an incident at 11 a.m. April 8 at the St. Clair Fish and Game Club, East Norweigan Township.

Police said it is alleged he and Joshua Poda, 21, of St. Clair, became involved in a verbal argument, during which time Hubler punched Poda in the face with a closed fist.
