Students at Mahoning Elementary School proved they were proficient in the books of Dr. Seuss on Wednesday, when the school participated in the seventh annual "Who Wants to be a Millionaire Game," which is modeled after the popular television game show. All of the questions pertained to Dr. Seuss books. The children played for large boxes of crayons, stuffed animals, books, games and movies.
The school assembly began with The Grinch stepping forward in the quest of becoming the game show host, but the Grinch was chased away by the Lorax, who then took over the host position as the children cheered. Host Lorax was assisted by Thing 1 (Cheyann Marx) and Thing 2 (Jason Miklus), first grade students at the school to distribute prizes to the winners.
