Joe Oriel and Steve Shanton both had two-run singles in the frame for the Indians while Jacen Nalesnik ripped an RBI double.Lehighton needed all of those runs to hold off a late rally by Stroudsburg as the Mounts scored five times in the seventh before AJ Wenrich came on in relief to finally shut the door and preserve the victory.Oriel led Lehighton offensively with two hits and three RBIs. A couple of batters later, he scored the winning run on a Cavalier error.Billy Miceli had a single, a double and a home run to lead Pleasant Valley offensively. He also scored a pair of runs. Cook and Gutekunst both had two hits in the game.Kirby Mutton had two hits, a run scored and an RBI for Pen Argyl (4-1, 3-1).Ryan Saylor got the pitching victory for the Bombers with seventh innng relief help from Tyler Svetik. Emily Schlogl added a goal in the second half.Pleasant Valley held a 9-4 advantage in shots. Bears' goalie Janella Pastrana made three saves.Pleasant Valley improves its record to 4-2 overal and 3-0 in the MVC. Pocono Mountain West falls to 2-4 overall and 1-3 in the league.
