State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on two citations issued by troopers.

Troopers said Glenn Brown, of Pine Grove, was cited for criminal trespass after he walked his dogs on the property of the Girl Scout Campground, in Pine Grove Township, after previously being told not to come onto the property.The incident occurred about 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16.Arthur Miller, 41, of Bath, N.Y., was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred about 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17, at Lot 7, Fidlers Court, in Pine Grove Township. Troopers allege that Miller grabbed Victoria Morgan, 27, of the above stated address, by the arm during a verbal altercation and twisted it.
