Theft
Mary Eshbach, 51, of 617 White Street, Apt. B, Bowmanstown, for retail theft. The violation occurred Aug. 11 at 1:47 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.
Speeding
William Schlicher Jr., 21, of 4201 W Grant Street, Slatington, was cited for speeding, expired driver's license, required financial responsibility, and operation following suspension or registration. The violations occurred on Sept. 2 at 1:27 p.m. in the 500-600 blocks of Mauch Chunk Road.
A citation was issued to Justin Geary, 18, of 468 E. 11th Street, Apt. 1st Floor, Northampton, for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 2 at 9:48 p.m. on SR248 east.
Disorderly conduct
Kevin Schardien, 19, of 466 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct and underage drinking. The violations occurred on Aug. 31 at 8:50 p.m. in the 700 block of Princeton Avenue.
Citations were filed against a 16-year-old Slatington male for disorderly conduct and failure to yield right-of-way to pedestrians in crosswalk. The violations occurred on Sept. 10 at 8:32 p.m. at Third Street and Franklin Avenue.
Alcoholic beverages
Marc Witowski, 27, of 168 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, for boro code - alcoholic beverages. The violation occurred on Sept. 10 at 7:50 p.m. in the 300 block of Lafayette Avenue.
