Twenty more properties within the boundaries of Tamaqua Area School District had their real estate values increased by the Schuylkill County Assessment Appeals Board after hearings held at the county courthouse on district appeals.

To date 54 buildings had their market value and assessment raised, adding $1,742,743 in assessed valuation which will mean more tax money for the district, boroughs and townships which exist within the school's boundary.The increases levied include:Property owned by Joseph B.
