A Tamaqua teen has been cited after creating a hazardous situation at the Tamaqua Area Senior High School on Oct. 6.
At approximately 11 a.m. a group of students finished an outdoor archery lesson and were returning to the school.
One of the students, Damon Lee Cluff, 18, of 245 Cedar St., reportedly shot an arrow across Penn Street into the football stadium. The arrow landed on the south hillside near the bleachers.
Several maintenance personnel were in the stadium at the time, marking the lines on the football field.
Cluff was cited for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
