A passenger with Landon, Hailey L. Sipple, 19, of New Philadelphia, was injured and taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-E. Norwegian St., Pottsville, for treatment.
Landon and two other passengers, Robert Haviland, 53, Pottsville, and Jacob Potter, 21, of New Philadelphia, and Weiss, were all not injured.
Troopers cited Landon for vehicle entering or crossing a roadway.
Troopers investigated a one-vehicle crash on Friday, Oct. 14, about 2:20 p.m. along Sweet Arrow Lake Road in Washington Township. Troopers said Jeremy L. Wesner, 19, of Pine Grove, was westbound when a deer entered the road in front of him.
He applied the brakes on his 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier to avoid the animal.
The car then began to slide on the wet road, went onto the berm and turned counter-clockwise traveling about 42 feet before striking a tree with the rear end of the car.
Wesner was not injured.
