Mark Dietrich, 20, of Summit Hill was arraigned Thursday afternoon on drug related charges filed by Tamaqua Patrolmen Anthony Stanell and Tom Rodgers. The officers were working in tandem with the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force on Feb. 24 when a controlled buyer purchased $100 in heroin from Dietrich. Dietrich was arraigned on felony charges of possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility. There was also one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance. District Judge Stephen Bayer set bail at $10,000 straight cash. Dietrich was returned to the Carbon County Prison, Jim Thorpe, where he's incarcerated on charges related to a March 16 drug buy in Summit Hill.
