The Pennsylvania Fraternal Order Of Police (FOP) Schuylkill Carbon Lodge 13 held their annual Memorial Service at the lodge's memorial park located outside their lodge on Owl Creek Road in Tamaqua. The service involved a flag lowering, dedication readings, prayer, a firing detail, and playing of the bugle. Members also read the names of local FOP officers who've passed away.
