The engagement of Heather Noelle Hoxter, Lancaster, to Kyle Louis Spotts, also of Lancaster, has been announced by his parents, Allen and Gwen Spotts Jr. of Tamaqua.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joe and Wendy Mastripolito of Glenmoore, Pa. A graduate of Kutztown University, she is employed by the School District of Lancaster.The prospective bridegroom earned his bachelor's degree at Kutztown University and his master's degree at East Stroudsburg University. He is employed by Kutztown University.A wedding date is set for June 25 of this year.
