The students of Saint Joseph Regional Academy (SJRA) in Jim Thorpe celebrated St. Patrick's Day on Wednesday by holding the school's first-time ever "Great Potato Roll" in which they competed by rolling their potato down a ramp hoping to achieve the greatest rolling distance with the winner being named "Top Spud".
